Sinópsis e Información:

Enemy Territory: Quake Wars nos trasladará al año 2060, momento en el que las tropas Strogg de Makron, el enemigo al que tuvimos que hacer frente en el clásico Quake II, invadirán la Tierra con el único propósito de stroggificar a la especie humana. Por supuesto, esta siniestra misión se encontrará con una contestación por parte de los ejércitos humanos, que no dudarán en emplear toda su maquinaria bélica para frenar tan crueles intenciones. Será entonces cuando nosotros entremos en juego.

Tomando como base los títulos multijugador citados con anterioridad, en Quake Wars nos encontraremos con un juego de acción en primera persona en el que podremos controlar a los dos bandos en liza, cada uno con sus diferentes tipos de unidades, armamento y vehículos; y en el que sus desarrolladores, dejando a un lado la campaña para un solo jugador, se han centrado en crear un sistema de misiones en el que, como decíamos, primarán ante todo las acciones conjuntas. De este modo el jugador, dependiendo del bando que haya escogido, y de la misión en la que se encuentre, tendrá que conquistar o defender ciertas posiciones, destruir o proteger distintas construcciones, o mantener el control sobre todo el territorio eliminando al adversario, siempre contando con la colaboración de sus aliados que, como explicaremos a continuación, poseerán una serie de habilidades vitales para poder progresar sin dificultades en la guerra.
